Important Information
- Please note that the child below 16 can enjoy the desert safari only and will be charged accordingly. (NOT allowed for Shisha or Dune buggy)
- The infants will NOT be allowed for dune bashing and need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times. (Desert Safari)
- If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.

- The pick-up/drop-off timing on sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
