Important Information
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. ( Dubai mall aquarium)
- Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina). ( Dubai mall aquarium)
- Pickup from Areas other than Dubai Hotels/Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge. ( Dubai mall aquarium)
- The timings for sharing may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Pregnant ladies or Children below 2 years are not allowed in Glass Boat.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.

Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost. BUT in DUBAI MALL AQUARIUM Children under 2 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate. BUT in DUBAI MALL AQUARIUM Children aged above 2 up to 15 years of age must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult.
- Children above age 10 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate. BUT in DUBAI MALL AQUARIUM Children above the age of 15 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
