At Ski Dubai located at the Mall of the Emirates, step into a winter wonderland and enjoy exciting activities like tobogganing, building snowmen, and giant snowball rides, all in the heart of a hot desert city.

- All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks, dining, etc on-site during the tour.
Important Information
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Transfers as per the option selected.
- On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain closed for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Please carry valid ID proof as ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
- For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
- Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
- To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg.
- Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
- Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Friday to Saturday - 8.30 AM 12.00 AM & Sunday to Wednesday:8 am - 10 pm & Thursday to Saturday:8 am -11 pm).
- Optional activities included in the Snow Plus pass are subject to availability. If chosen activity is not available on the visit date, the guest can opt for another activity mentioned in the inclusions.
- The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- In case Tours or Tickets are canceled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
- Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity for Ski Dubai ticket.
- Children from 2 to 12 years will be considered Child for Ski Dubai ticket.
- Children above 12 years will be charged Adult Rates for Ski Dubai ticket.
Notes
- Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
