In order to ensure a smooth service, we advise you to give us precise information pertaining to your flight departure time, Dubai pick up location address and contact details while making the reservation. Your airport drop off service will be confirmed at the earliest. On the day of departure, your driver will meet you at the hotel’s lobby or designated Dubai spot to comfortably transport you to the airport for your onward journey.

- Prior to your scheduled departure from Dubai, ensure that you have completed the necessary check-in procedures and obtained your boarding pass.
- At the designated time, a representative from the tour operator or transportation service will meet you at the agreed-upon location, such as your hotel or residence.
- The representative will escort you to an air-conditioned, well-maintained, and comfortable minibus or van that will be waiting for you. The vehicle will have ample space to accommodate you, your fellow travelers, and your luggage comfortably.
- Once everyone is settled in the vehicle, the driver will commence the journey to Dubai Airport. The driver will consider traffic conditions and follow the optimal route to ensure that you arrive at the airport in a timely manner.
- Relax and enjoy the comfortable ride in the air-conditioned vehicle as the driver navigates the roads. The driver will ensure a smooth journey, prioritizing your comfort and safety.
- Upon reaching the airport, the driver will assist you with unloading your luggage and direct you to the appropriate terminal for your departure.
- The driver will bid you farewell, and you will proceed to the airport terminal to complete the necessary departure formalities.

Important information
- This is a one-way transfer service.
- Please carry a valid ID/Passport along with you.
- Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space.
- You are required to provide us with detailed information on your flight timings.
- This transfer service is available for Terminal 1, 2 and 3 for Dubai International Airport only
- If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
- Limousine and Luxury transfers are available at extra charges.
- Your selected time slot is the pick-up from your location (Hotel / Residence).
- Kindly keep a minimum of 3.5 hrs difference between your flight departure and Pickup from the location.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
